1. Shipping Destinations Currently, American Ironclad LLC ships Encrypted Storage Drives only to addresses within the United States of America (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Accuracy of Shipping Information It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at the time of purchase. American Ironclad LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if re-routing is required, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees incurred.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. You may be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs. If we cannot contact you or you do not wish to pay for re-shipment, we may, at our discretion, treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund for the product cost, less any applicable original shipping charges (if any were applied and non-refundable) and restocking fees, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
